Risks Inspection
We edit Risk Inspection Reports (pre-risk report), which describe and analyze, to the insurer, the risk assessment and the PML / EML.
The ‘weak points’ of inspected risks are identified. Recommendations (mandatory implementation so that the risk is insurable) and suggestions (optional implementation in order to improve the risk and reduce the possibility of major loss) are made.
The estimated cost of the recommendations and suggestions implementation is considered, timetable for implementation is proposed, and we supervise the progress of work with periodic re – inspections.
